• Description:
• 1. The subject of the Order is a service consisting in performing periodic inspections, maintenance works and providing maintenance services for Electronic Security Systems of buildings and areas of the Port of Gdynia Authority S.A. in Gdynia, for ensuring the proper functioning and continuity of operation of the systems, in accordance with the conditions contained in the ToR and the Agreement template. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order and its scope are specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 4. Conditions of work have been specified in detail in the template Agreement constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party requires the implementation of the subject of the Order in accordance with the conditions contained in the template Agreement. 5. After signing the Agreement, the Contractor, in consultation with the Ordering Party, will develop a schedule of works, maintenance and periodic inspections, containing the scope of work, taking into account all elements included in the subject of the Order, indicating the planned time and date of their completion, and will submit it to the Ordering Party for obtaining the Ordering Party's approval, in accordance with the Agreement template. 6. The locations/systems/devices/software concerned by the performance of periodic inspections, maintenance works and maintenance services for telecommunication security systems constitute Annexes No. 13 and 16 to the SWZ, with the TRADE SECRET clause. 8.
