Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of regular transport of students to educational institutions run by the municipality by buses based on monthly tickets in the 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 school year.
The transport of students will take place from Monday to Friday each week,on school days, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of National Education of 11 August 2017 on the organization of the school year (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1211).They must deliver children no later than at 7:45 to school and kindergarten.The subject of the contract must be provided with vehicles adapted to transport people, meeting the requirements of art. 66 of the Act of 20 June 1997 - Road Traffic Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251).the right number of people including the driver.
