Description:
Performing renovation works, maintenance and removal of failures in the sanitary industry on residential and utility property, small architecture facilities and in external areas owned by the Wrocław Commune and on residential built -up real estate and utility ownership of the Wrocław Commune in buildings and facilities on the board of housing and other legal persons, hereinafter referred to as "renovation works" or "maintenance activities" or "works" together, including in particular: demolition and assembly works, repair, maintenance work and service in the field of installation and water and sewage devices, central heating, gas-in the areas of M, N.
As part of the performance of renovation services, the Contractor will be obliged to remove failures, i.e. performing services consisting in removing the causes and effects of sudden, unintentional damage to the element building, installation or technical equipment that may cause a threat to the safety of users of a building (building, premises or small architecture facility) and the exposure to owners or tenants to material losses.
The scope of the order and the duties of the parties specify:
1) Description of the subject orders, constituting Annex 3 to SWZ;
2) list of typical renovation works, maintenance and removal of failures (sanitary industry) - constituting Annex 4 to SWZ;
3) a list of resource, constituting Annex 5 to SWZ;
4) planned provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 12 to SW...
