Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the performance of municipal waste collection service from inhabited real estate, as well as from uninhabited real estate, on which municipal waste from the commune of Łęka Opatowska and their transport to the Department of Waste Development Olszowa, Olszowa ul.Bursztynow 55, 63-600 Kępno (waste management is not the subject of the contract).
2. A science amount of municipal waste planned for collection from real estate located within the administrative boundaries of the Łęka Opatowska commune within 24 months:
1) Mixed municipal waste: 1,930.0 mg
2) Metalsand plastics: 550.0 mg
3) bulky waste: 300.0 mg
4) bio -daddies: 730.0 mg
5) paper: 50.0 mg
6) glass: 330.0 mg
7) large -scale from the KP7 container (at the sewage treatment plant) which is in possession of the contracting authority: 20.0 mg
8) bioodpad with KP7 container (at the sewage treatment plant) suppliedby the Contractor: 20.0 mg
3. In the part of the contract, the Contractor will supply the owners of the property with 120l bags. intended for selective waste collection. The contractor will supplement the bags for the selective collection of municipal waste after each receipt of the filledThe bag, by leaving new empty bags in the amount corresponding to the number of picked bags. For each collected sack of a given waste fraction, the contractor leaves an empty bag on the property. In addition, the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with 100 pieces of sacks each month...
