Description:
The subject of this order is the provision of a comprehensive, multi -branch investor supervision service and supervision in the warranty period with an investment task conducted under the name: "Reconstruction of the Municipal Stadium in Stargard together with construction equipment and development area "(" investment task ").
The contracting authority orders, and the contractor undertakes to perform services consisting in verifying the project documentation, commitment to the public procurement procedure for the selection of the contractor of the investment task, supervision over the implementation works and on investment task management. As part of the service, the Contractor is obliged to manage, exercise control and investor's supervision, as well as cooperate with the Employer, including in the scope of reporting on the implementation of the investment task. The contractor will be obliged to ensure liquid Implementation of the investment task, in the field of preparation and implementation of construction works, efficient and timely collection of documents and works, ensuring the correct future functioning and service of the facility made as part of the investment task by the Ordering Party.
Due to the status of the Ordering Party As an entity applying for funding from external funds, the Contractor will be undertaken to prepare investment settlements, at each request of the Employer, taking into account the number of financing sources obtained during the investment and the rules specified by them Settlements ...
