- The subject of the contract is the receipt and development of the recovery or neutralization, indicated in the description of the contract, municipal waste from real estate, on which residents, located in the Brochow commune and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection point (PSZOK), in a way:
and waste from the processing of municipal waste, levels of mass limitation of municipal waste biodegradable transferred for storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, i.e. (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended) and currently applicable executive acts to this Act, including in particular:
i Environment on how to calculate the levels of preparation for re -use and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530, as amended),
