Description:
1. The order of the contract includes the implementation of the service of the Contract Engineer Team for the project "Construction of the Center for Social Services and the Municipal Cultural Center together with the infrastructure necessary for the needs of the Grodziec Commune Office".
2. The contract engineer consists of part:
a) building supervision team (The composition includes: among others, the supervision inspector in the construction and construction specialty, supervision inspector in a sanitary specialty, inspector
Supervision in the electrical specialty, supervision inspector in the road specialty),
b) Project management team (composition includes: min. 2 people including Project coordinator who coordinates work in the scope of project settlement and a person with legal education referred to later in SWZ),
3. The contractor appoints the coordinator of the Contract Engineer Team (coordinates the work of people responsible for the implementation of the engineer's service Contract, including a building supervision team and a project management team), which will ensure efficient communication between all parties to the investment process.
4. The coordinator of the Contract Engineer Team is responsible for developing the cooperation mechanism of the building supervision team and project management team, and an investor and contractor. The Employer allows the possibility of performing the function of coordinator of the Contract Engineer Team with the Project Coordinator.
