Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of the service: a) ensuring cleanliness and order in residential and commercial buildings, as well as in other areas, facilities and devices owned by the State Treasury administered by the Ordering Party, including: - internal area to be cleaned 3,727.00 m2, including: residential buildings 502 m2, commercial buildings 3,225 m2, - external area to be cleaned 12,158.00 m2.2. The detailed scope of activities is provided in Annex No. 6 to SWZ.3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is also included in the annexes: a) List of areas to be cleaned - State Treasury residential buildings - Appendix No. 7 to SWZ, b) Maps list of areas to be cleaned - residential buildings of the State Treasury - Appendix No. 7a to SWZ, c) List of areas to be cleaned - commercial buildings of the State Treasury - Appendix No. 8 to SWZ, d) Maps list of areas to be cleaned - commercial buildings of the State Treasury - Appendix No. 8a to SWZ.4. The contractor will be obliged to issue VAT invoices for each building separately, breaking down the external and internal surfaces.5. The remaining conditions for the execution of the order are specified in the draft contract - Annex No. 2 to SWZ.
