- The subject of the contract is the implementation of service inspections, maintenance and repair of ventilation and ventilation and air conditioning control panels with exhaust fans and a technical ambulance. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 2A to SWZ supplemented by Price form (Annex 2B to SWZ) and list of ventilation headquarters_usk Borowska (Annex 2C to SWZ), list of ventilation units_usk MCS (Annex 2D to SWZ) and list of ventilation units_usk Strzelin (Annex No. 2E to SWZ).
The contracting authority did not divide the order on parts, because in accordance with art. 25 para. 2 Public Procurement Law in question "for technical, organizational or economic reasons creates an inseparable whole."
