Description:

The subject of the order is: Protection of facilities and property of the Sports and Recreation Center in Piotrkow Trybunalski using drone flights in the form of patrol and intervention flights and physical protection. 2. The subject of the order was described in detail in SWZ CZ II (OPZ) and in SWZ CZ III (PPU).3. CPV (Common Procurement Vocabulary): - 79710000-4 security services - 79711000-1 surveillance services using an alarm 4. The Ordering Party does not plan to exercise the option right.5. The ordering party does not reserve the obligation for the contractor to personally perform key tasks, i.e. protection of facilities and property.6. Ordering party in accordance with art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ, under an employment contract, persons performing activities related to the execution of the order, i.e. the person proposed to supervise the operational department, coordinator, i.e.: persons performing activities involving the performance of work in method specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code.
