The performance of services consisting in maintaining the cleanliness of buildings, yards, pavements, squares andmaintaining cleanliness and care of green areas in real estate managed by the administration of Miejskie Houses "ADM" Sp. z o. o. in Bydgoszcz
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning (cleaning) services of real estate or managed byAdministration of Municipal Houses "ADM" Sp. z o.o. in Bydgoszcz, in the scope and on the conditions set out in this SWZ together with attachments, including such activities as:
1) Maintaining cleanliness (cleaning) of common parts in buildings (staircases, basements, attics, etc.), yards,pavements and squares, maintaining cleanliness and care of green areas,
2) Maintaining cleanliness (cleaning) of buildings and office rooms that are the seat of (organizational units) of the Ordering Party together with the places adjacent to them, pavements and areas.
