Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in managing persons to perform temporary work at MPK Poznań Sp. z o.o. by temporary employment agencies, i.e. driving bus vehicles, owned by the Ordering Party, in regular public transport on fixed lines communication in the area of transport activity of the Ordering Party and on closed transport carried out by the Employer, e.g. for a tram, rail in a maximum amount of 69,120 man -hours (depending on the needs of the contracting authority).
2. During the period of the contract, the Contractor shall refer to the performance services not less than 20 active temporary people actually performing temporary work and ensure their availability:
15 communication services indicated by the Ordering Party,
2.2. On Saturdays/Sundays and holidays - available not less than 15 temporary people, for cast min. 15 communication tasks indicated by the Ordering Party.
At the same time, temporary persons will be available on individual days to provide the service on the changes indicated by the Employer according to his needs (morning and afternoon changes) taking into account provisions of the Act on the working time of the driver.
