- The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the determination in art. 6 para. 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 - "Act on forests") to be carried out in the Włocławek Forest District in 2025. Material scope of the subjectOrders include summary quantities in the field of fire protection. The detailed scope of work is included in the order documents (specification of the terms of the contract and its attachments). Conditions for participation in the proceedings, grounds for exclusion of contractors and a list of statements and subjectiveevidence in order to demonstrate grounds for exclusion from the proceedings and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings include SWZ.
