Description:
The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the determination in art. 6 para. 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 530), including work in the field of nursery and forest seedin 2025. The detailed scope of work is included in the order documents (specification of the terms of the contract and its attachments).Services in the field of forest management covering work in the field of nursery and forest seeds to be carried out in the Utnica Forest District - Smolary Bytnickie Forestry and Planty Planting (PUN). The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding the orders referred to in art. 214paragraph 1 point 7) PZP, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of services constituting the subject of the orders referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this order.Bytnica in 2025- Work in the field of nursery and forest seeds
