Description: The subject of the order are services in the field of forest management, as defined in art. 6 par. 1 point 1 of the Act of 28/09/1991 on forests (ie OJ FROM 2021, item 1275, as amended), including works in the field of breeding and forest protection, protection of P.Poż. In the field of agricultural economy, provided for performing on the partitionership of the overneath in 2022.
A substantial scope of the subject of the order, including total amounts of works and their location, was determined in an inclusion 3 to specify the terms of the contract - further SWZ (3.1.-3.6., Separately for each package). Ranges indicated in Annex 3. are estimated.
Standards of technology for executing and reception of works, referring to all relevant characteristics of the subject of the contract, were set out in Decision 19 of the Director General of LP from 17.03.2021, with later zm and Decision No. 77 of the Director of the RDLP in Zielona Góra of 12.10.2021.
