Description: The subject of the order are services in the field of forest management as defined in art. 6 par. 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests, including works in the field of breeding and forestry protection, fire protection, acquisition and drainage of wood and meadowic and agricultural economy, nursery, semienic and selection, sulkings, hunting economy and other works in the field of economy Forest to be performed on the territory of Tomaszów in 2022. A kind of order of the subject of the contract (quantity of works), a detailed description of the work (actions) and a description of the technology of performing individual forest work included in the subject of the order and a description of the rules for the procedure for performing forest work contains SWZ. The subject of the order was divided into 15 parts. The proceedings are carried out in accordance with the principles provided for for the so-called "Reverse procedures" referred to in art. 139 par. 1, 3 - 4 of the Public Procurement Law.
