- The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of maintaining cleanliness in office buildings and on the property along with their snow removal and sprinkling in winter, belonging to KRUS OR in Rzeszow, located in Rzeszow, Ropczyce, LeΕΌajsk, Mielec, Kolbuszowa, StrzyΕΌow, Nisko, Stalowa Wola, Tarnobrzeg, Przeworsk, JarosΕaw, Lubaczow, PrzemyΕl, JasΕo, Krosno, Brzozow, Sanok and DΔbica, divided into 18 parts. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to SWZ. The contracting authority pursuant to art. 95 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law requires, That in each part of the order persons performing cleaning activities inside office buildings and on the property, throughout the entire contract processing period were employed under an employment contract pursuant to art. 22 Β§ 1 of the Labor Code, for remuneration in an amount of not less than the minimum remuneration for work (full -time full -time).
