• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is to maintain in the city of Gdynia (divided into four consumables) around the clock and all year of the patency of the municipal rainwater sewage system draining rainwater and snow) and engineering facilities (except for separators) located on it located on it or related to it, while ensuring completeness and continuity of the provision of services.
  2. The order of the contract is divided into three parts, corresponding to three operational regions of the city.
  3. The desire for the subject of the contract includes in particular:
  1) manual and mechanical cleaning of the sewage network rainy and all, apart from separators, engineering facilities on this network located or associated with it, to maintain their patency;
  2) performing maintenance works as part of ongoing operation;
  3) participation in technical and final acceptance;
  4) Making a TV camera for reviews rainwater sewage system;
  5) conducting 24 -hour emergency ambulance.
  4. Delivery scope of the subject of the contract, the terms of its implementation and the contractor's obligations, for part 1 - region I, Part 2 - region II, Part 3 - District III of the order, include attachments to SWZ:
  1) Annex A - description of the subject of the contract;
  2) Annex B - instructions on traffic lane classes;
  3) Annex C - template of the work schedule;
  4) Annex D - template of the report on performed maintenance works;
