Description:
The subject of the contract includes:
1) Emptying the baskets with the removal of the impurities accumulated around the baskets and the excavation, export and utilization of pollutants.
2) Emptying the baskets will take place 7 days a week, i.e. from Monday to Sunday for a period of 12 months.
3) Purchase and setting street baskets.
22 parish 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277, as amended),
by the contractor or subcontractor, excluding management and administration staff, Every day performing the actions indicated below: emptying baskets along with removing impurities accumulated around the baskets and loading, export and utilization of pollutants.
All issues related to the method of verification of employment referred to above, as well as the entitlement of the Ordering Party in the scope of controlling the fulfillment by the contractor of the abovementioned Requirements and sanctions for not meeting these requirements were specified in the planned public procurement agreements constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in the attachment No. 3 to SWZ (price form - a list of services for 2025 and 2026), Annex 4 to SWZ (list of baskets for 2025 and 2026) and the designed contract provisions - Annex 2 to SWZ.
