- 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of vehicle storage services and/or motor parts secured by the Police for procedural purposes, excluding the cases specified in art. 50a and art. 130a of the Act of 20.06.1997 Road Traffic Law (i.e., Journal of Laws 2024 item 1251) in the area actions of a given police unit in a guarded parking lot.
2. The order of the contract has been divided into 3 parts:
Part I - KPP BiaΕogard
Part II - KPP Gryfino
Part III - KPP MyΕliborz
3. The Employer allows for submission of offers for all parts of the order.
4. Zakres, size, quantity and requirements regarding the order were specified in the price calculation forms, constituting, according to the part of the order, Annex 2.1- 2.3 to SWZ.
6. Detailed requirements regarding the performance of the contract and payment of the subject of the contract have been determined by the planned provisions of the contract, constituting, respectively, Annex 6.1 - 6.3 to SWZ.
