- 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of vehicle storage services and/or motor parts secured by the Police for procedural purposes, excluding the cases specified in art. 50a and art. 130a of the Act of 20.06.1997 Road Traffic Law (i.e., Journal of Laws 2024 item 1251) in the area actions of a given police unit in a guarded parking lot.
2. The order of the contract has been divided into 8 parts:

3. The Employer allows for submission of offers for all parts of the order.
4. Zakres, size, quantity and requirements for the order are specified in the price calculation forms, which are, according to the part of the order, Annex 2.1- 2.8 to SWZ.
