Description:
1. The subject of the order is: 1) Performing the successive service of collection and management of solid municipal waste from the facilities of the Sports and Recreation Center in Piotrkow Trybunalski: a) collected in a non-selective way (mixed) code 20 03 01, b) collected selectively (segregated) on: - metals code 20 01 40, - plastics code 20 01 39, - paper and cardboard code 20 01 01, - glass code 20 01 02, - bio-waste code 20 02 01, - fluorescent lamps and other waste containing RT code 20 01 21, - waste electrical and electronic equipment code 20 01 36,- mixed waste from concrete, brick rubble, waste ceramic materials and equipment elements code 17 01 07), by the Contractor's transport.2) Successive collection of solid municipal waste collected in a non-selective and selective manner will be carried out by the Contractor based on the order (notification) submitted by the Ordering Party via telephone or e-mail, to the telephone number or e-mail address of the Contractor indicated by the Contractor, only during OSiR working hours (7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.).3) The Contractor's response time, counted from the moment of placing the order, may not exceed 72 go...
