Description:
1. The subject of this order is the performance of successive oligonucleotide synthesis services and successive deliveries of consumables and products for the genetic analyzer, thermal cycler, Real-Time system, personal identification products, sets for the isolation of nucleic acidsh and tracking products.
2. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial tenders, and therefore the subject of the contract is divided into four separate tasks.
3. Detailed information on this procedure is included in SWZ.
4. The information clause resulting from the content of art.13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the Ordering Party has included in the SWZ.
