Description:
1. The subject of the contract is to act as an investor supervision inspector and coordinator of works carried out on tasks under the project entitled "Expansion of the rainwater management system-3rd stage" /CPV code: 71247000-1; 71520000-9/.
2. Provision of services covered by the subject Orders will consist in coordination, control and fulfillment of investor supervision in a given industry covered by the contract concluded with supervision over the implementation of works performed on the basis of contracts concluded by the Ordering Party with contractors of construction works on the indicated tasks, in accordance with requirements of SWZ and OPZ.
91 para. 1 of the PZP Act.
4. In the case of additional financial resources, the contracting authority will grant the contractors, with which the contract will be signed in the said procedure, contract/orders referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the PZP Act, consisting of on the repetition of similar services in each part of the order, with the value of these orders included in the total calculation values of the contract.
5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and its size and scope are specified in the specification of the terms of the contract and in the attachments to SWZ.
