Description:
The service includes the consultant's duties in accordance with the contract, based on the OWK and SWK, in particular:
a) exercising supervision over design, verification of project documentation, its completeness, mutual compliance, making control calculations in order to find possible errors,
b) management, investor supervision and control over the implementation of works until the date of issuing the final payment certificate,
c) handling information and promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this area with the Employer, including With Director Branch, project manager and communication position at the GDDKiA branch,
d) fulfillment of obligations arising from the procedures contained in current requirements/guidelines for investments co -financed from EU funds and current procedures of the Beneficiary of the Feniks 2021 - 2027 Project for GDDKiA,
e) providing the investor's supervision service over the implementation of construction works and participation in warranty reviews and supervising the removal of possible defects/defects found in warranty inspections under the contract,
f) Supporting the Ordering Party as loyal and conscientious Advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the project,
g) supervising design works and robots in the scope of additional tasks necessary to perform the contract, resulting during the implementation of the contract - granted under the Order Law under the Act public,
