The subject of the contract is:
Supervision over the design and implementation of works and the management of the contract entitled: Design and construction of a beltway of Wschowa and Dębowa Łęka along national road No. 12.
The subject of the contract is the provision of service in the field of design supervision,management and control and supervision over the implementation of the "contract" contract, the subject of which is: "Design and construction of a beltway of Wschowa and Dębowa Łęka along national road No. 12", on the terms specified in the contract with the consultant and in accordance with the contractual termsinvestment.
Contract engineer will stand at the head of the consultant team. It will act in accordance with the role attributed to the engineer in the conditions of the FIDIC contract and in special terms of the contract, in the scope of the rights specified in the specification of the terms of the contract (SWZ) and the resultingfrom the current provisions of the Construction Law, legal acts and guidelines regulating the spending of EU funds.
