- The subject of the contract is the provision of a service in the field of supervision over design, management and control as well as supervision over the implementation of the contract concluded as a result of a public procurement procedure called in the further content of the "contract", the subject of which is: "S6 Western Roadbypass of Szczecin - section 2 depresses - Police (from km 15+484 to km 27+403) ", under the terms specified in the contract with the consultant and in accordance with the contractual terms.completeness, mutual compliance, checking calculations in order to find possible errors,
b) management, performing investor supervision and control over the implementation of works
until the date of issuing the final payment certificate,
c) conducting information and promotional activitiesrelated to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this area with the Employer, including with the Director of the Branch, project manager and communication position at the GDDKiA branch,
d) fulfilling the obligations arising from the procedures contained in the current requirements/investment guidelinesco -financed from EU funds and current procedures of the Beneficiary of POIŚ project for GDDKiA

e) providing investor supervision service over the implementation of construction works
