Description:
The subject of the order is to supervise the implementation of works and managing the contract entitled: "Construction of the Zator bypass along national road No. 28" (pilot project implemented using the methodology and BIM tools).
The service includes the consultant's performance of obligations in accordance with the contractwith a consultant, based on the terms of the contract (OWK and SWK) and the requirements for information exchange (EIR), in particular:
- supervision over the implementation of the contract with the use of BIM methodology and tools, works, activities and documents performed in the mobilization stage, verification of documentsContractor, their completeness, mutual compliance, making control calculations in order to find possible errors,
- management, performing investor supervision and control over the implementation of works until the date of issuing the final payment certificate, including administration, modelingprocesses and management of the CDE platform of the Ordering Party and supervision over the implementation of the contract in accordance with the requirements of information exchange,
- conducting information and promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this respect with the Employer, including with the department director,Project manager and communication position at the GDDKiA branch,
- fulfilling the obligations resulting from the procedures contained in the current requirements/guidelines for investments co-financed by EU funds and current procedures of the Beneficiary of the Feniks projects for GDDKiA, includingaccording to...
