Description:
Providing, in the period from December 22, 2025 to December 21, 2026, for the ordering party (hereinafter also the Office) services in the field of support/maintenance of the enova365 system (ERP class), hereinafter referred to as the system, which include the above-mentioned period of validity of the contract: 1) delivery of updates to the system implemented by the ordering party, including updating the license for the next 12 months from the date of expiry of your right to update the licenses in use; the ordering party has a perpetual license in the platinum version (no. 8270009) for the system with a warranty period until January 1, 2026. type and type of license: standard;2) provision of system maintenance services in accordance with the manufacturer's standard, i.e. Soneta sp. z o.o. based in Krakow and implemented at the Ordering Party by Dr IT Warszawa sp. z o.o. in the period from May 31, 2022 to December 20, 2025, in particular in the areas of: a) accounting, trade, finance, payroll and fixed assets - for the needs of the Financial and Accounting Office, b) fixed assets - for the needs of the Administrative and Economic Office, c) staff and employee module - for the needs of the Office of the General Director; 3) provision of services for the development of system functionalities implemented at the ordering party by D...
