2. The task will be implemented in the "design and build" formula.
3. The scope of the subject of the contract includes execution:
a) execution of a construction and executive design in the road industry in this design of the mineral pavement of paths, field stairs from sandstone, renovation of stone walls and clinker, fountain with drainage to the sewage system and the implementation of a new electrical lighting installation and obtaining necessary opinions, arrangements and administrative decisions in this opinion of the MKZ of the City of Chorzow (stage 1),
b) Construction works for the renovation of the mineral surface of the paths, off -road stairs
from sandstone, renovation of stone and clinker walls, fountains with drainage to the sewage system and the implementation of a new installation electric lighting and preparation of construction facilities, material storage, equipment station, protection of greenery existing in the investment area (stage 2),
c) making an information board.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in PFU with attachments (Annex 3 to SWZ).
5. Additional terms of the contract are determined by the proposed provisions of the contract (Annex 2 to SWZ).
