Description:
1 The subject of the proceedings is the conclusion of framework contracts to perform an annual and/or five -year control in accordance with art. 62 paragraph 1 point 1 and/or 2 of the Act z On July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418) together with the assessment of the technical condition and safety of objects hydrotechnical (only with 5-year inspections) in accordance with the Water Law of 20 July 2017 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1087, as amended)-pump stations, strokes and flood pads at the area of ZZ Gorzow Wlkp. (For Part 1) and in the area of ZZ Poznań (for part 2) along with the preparation of protocols from the inspections carried out.
The 2nd of this procedure is to conclude 2 framework contracts for the performance of the service, one for a given part of the procedure, between the Employer and a maximum of five contractors for a given part, in order to determine the conditions orders that may be awarded within 36 months from the date of signing the framework agreement, hereinafter referred to as "partial orders".
