- 1. Description of the subject of the order: a) The subject of the order is a service consisting in performing technical supervision and making necessary repairs to ensure the proper operation of the Wawel Dragon, b) The Ordering Party described the subject of the order using the following documents: Designed provisions contract (PPU), i.e. Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, Material scope, i.e. Annex No. 8 to the SWZ, c) The Contractor is obliged to start work related to removing the failure within a maximum of 4 hours from the Ordering Party's notification to the Contractor about the failure (i.e. in terms of switching on fuses, removing errors in the control automation, replacing fuses, bulbs and other repairs). SWZ, the manufacturer's name, trademarks, standards, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems may be replaced by equivalent products. For solutions equivalent The Ordering Party will accept solutions that make it possible to achieve the effect intended by the Ordering Party using other technical solutions.
