1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in performing research on biological elements andphysico-chemical and chemical indicators of the Baltic Sea, necessary to implement the investment consisting in the construction of a nuclear power plant, located in the Choczewo commune, in the Lociatowo Kopalino location.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes Annex A to the designedcontractual provisions, constituting Annex 1 to the specification of the terms of the contract.
3. The proceedings in question are conducted in an open tender on the basis of art. 132 in joke. 378 of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item1320), hereinafter referred to as: Public Procurement Law Act
4. The provisions of the Act of 29 June 2011 on the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of nuclear energy facilities and accompanying investments (chapter 6) (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 412, as amended.d.), hereinafter referred to as the investment law.
