- On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for testing the tightness of waterproof insulation and locating leaks in the roof of building "C" of the UDT Headquarters in Warsaw at ul. Szczęśliwicka 34. We reserve that the proceedings may end lack of selection of the offer if the estimated funds are exceeded. LOCAL VISITION: In order to correctly estimate the offer, the Ordering Party recommends that you undergo a local visit and familiarize yourself with the characteristics of the building located at the Office of Technical Inspection in Warsaw at ul. Szczęśliwicka 34, from 8.00 14.00 after prior telephone arrangement with Mr. Kamil Jeglikowski, tel: + 48 694 454 424; email:kamil.jeglikowski@udt.gov.pl Scope of work:1. testing the tightness of a flat roof using non-destructive methods (Leopom type, electrical impedance, the smoke method is allowed along with with opening the original condition), covered with a membrane, equipped with roof skylights and numerous installation passages (legs of air handling units and other technological elements).2. Checking the tightness of all joints of horizontal and vertical waterproofing with elements penetrating the surface and el. vertical (equipment feet, substructure posts, skylights, etc.), 3. Checking the tightness of sheet metal flashings, 4. Preparing and submitting to the Ordering Party a detailed test report, containing: a) a description of the existing condition along with an assessment of the condition of the roof slope and an indication of the reasons ...
