On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for testing the tightness of waterproof insulation and locating leaks in the roof of the building of the Office of Technical Inspection in Białystok, located at ul. Hetmańska 99We reserve that the proceedings may end with the offer not being selected if the estimated funds are exceeded. LOCAL VISITION: In order to properly estimate the offer, the Ordering Party recommends carrying out a local inspection and familiarizing yourself with the characteristics of the building. located in the Office of Technical Inspection in Białystok at ul. Hetmańska 99, at 8.00 - 14.00 after prior telephone arrangement with Mrs. Weronika Mikucka; Tel: + 48 694 454 227; Email: weronika.mikucka@udt.gov.pl Scope of work: 1. Subject order is: a) to perform a tightness test of a flat roof using non-destructive methods (Leopoma type, electrical impedance, the smoke method is permissible, along with opening it to its original state) covered with heat-welded asphalt felt, equipped with in roof skylights and numerous installation passages (legs of ventilation units and other technological elements). b) Checking the tightness of all joints of horizontal and vertical waterproofing with elements penetrating the roof surface and electrical elements. vertical (feet devices, substructure posts, skylights, etc.),c) Checking the tightness of sheet metal flashings,d) Preparing and submitting to the Ordering Party a detailed test report, containing:• description of the existing condition...
