- 1. The subject of the order is the winter maintenance of poviat roads of the Legionowo poviat in the 2025/2026 season.
2. The order of the contract has been divided into three parts:
1) Part 1 of the order - combating slippery and snow removal covering the municipalities: Legionowo, Wieliszew, NieporΔt, JabΕonna);
2) Part 2 of the order - combating slipperyness and snow removal of poviat road surfaces - road region No. 2 (part of the Legionowo poviat covering the municipalities: Serock, Wieliszew, JabΕonna);
3) Part 3 Order - Winter Maintenance pavements and pedestrian and bicycle routes on the poviat roads of the Legionowo poviat.
3. part 1 - The subject of the contract is 24 -hour work in the field of winter maintenance of poviat roads of the Legionowo poviat in the 2025/2026 season according to the set standards described in Annex No. 12 to SWZ, in accordance with the attached list of roads for road region No. 1 constituting Annex 13 to SWZ. As part of the task, the Employer provided activities consisting of:
1) snow removal of roads and streets along the entire width of the road and roadside, along with bus bays;
2) fighting slush, Lodge and ice cream along the entire width of the road, along with bus bays;
3) snow removal of roads and streets with roadside along with combating slippery slippery, ice and ice cream along the entire width of the road, along with bus bays;
