- 4.1 The subject of the contract is the contractor to be carried out to the contracting authority of periodic hydrotechnical facilities in accordance with the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2351; hereinafter referred to as the "Construction Law") in Polish Waters of the Board of the catchment in Koszalin:
62 para. 1 point 1 of the Construction Law and to the extent specified in Β§ 68-72 of the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Economy of October 23, 2006 on the technical conditions of use and the detailed scope of control sea ββhydrotechnical buildings (Journal of Laws No. 206, item 1516), taking into account the content of Β§ 73-74 of this regulation,
62 para. 1 point 2 of the Construction Law and to the extent specified in Β§ 75-77 of the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Economy of
October 23, 2006 on technical conditions of use and a detailed scope of maritime control of hydrotechnical buildings (Journal of Laws No. 206, item 1516),
and execution, for the purposes of control, necessary tests and measurements.
