Description: 1 The subject of the contract is the execution by the Contractor to the Employer of periodic control of hydrotechnical structures in accordance with the Act of 7 July 1994 construction law (Journal of Laws 2020 item 1333, as amended) (hereinafter "Construction Law") , on the action of PGW WP RZGW. in Szczecin.
2 Type of control:
1) annual - in accordance with art. 62 section 1 point 1 of the construction right to the extent specified in the construction law and in § 68-72 of the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Economy of 23 October 2006 on technical conditions for use and a detailed scope of marine control of hydrotechnical structures (Journal of Laws No. 206 , item 1516) (hereinafter "Regulation '), taking into account the content of § 73-74 of the Regulation;
2) five-year-old - in accordance with art. 62 par. 1 point 2 of the construction rights in the scope specified in the construction law and in § 75-77 of the Regulation.
