Description:
The subject of the order is to carry out periodic inspections of CSR friction testers (15 devices) operated in the Polish Armed Forces, at a selected active airport facility in Czyca, in accordance with the requirements contained in Annex No. 3 to SWZ Draft Provisions of the contract and in accordance with the Guidelines of the Head of the Inspectorate of Armed Forces Support of June 30, 2025 on the method of use, operation and control of devices for continuous measurement of the coefficient of friction of artificial airport surfaces at airports of the Polish Armed Forces, hereinafter referred to as Guidelines constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. Periodic comparative control consists in analyzing the measurement results of devices used by the Polish Armed Forces in comparison with a reference tester using statistical analysis of the normal distribution.
