Part 1 - Gryfino Water Supervision (annual inspection) Part 2 - Chojna Water Supervision (five-year inspection) Part 3 - Myślibórz Water Supervision (five-year inspection) Part 4 - Szczecin Hydrotechnical Facility (five-year inspection) Part 5 - Hydrotechnical Facility Gozdowice (annual inspection) Part 6 - Widuchowa Hydrotechnical Facility (annual inspection) Part 7 - Widuchowa Hydrotechnical Facility (five-year inspection) The subject of the order is the performance of periodic inspections by the Contractor for the Ordering Party hydrotechnical facilities: a) annual - in accordance with Art. 62 section 1 point 1 of the Act of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, items 418, 1080, 1535, 1673, 1847) to the extent specified in § 68-72, taking into account the content of § 73-74 of the Minister's regulation Maritime Economy of October 23, 2006 on the technical conditions of use and the detailed scope of inspections of marine hydrotechnical structures (Journal of Laws No. 206, item 1516). b) five years - in accordance with Art. 62 section 1 point 2 of the Act of July 7, 1994 - Construction law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, items 418, 1080, 1535, 1673, 1847), within the scope specified in §75 - 77 of the Regulation of the Minister of Maritime Economy of October 23, 2006 on technical conditions of use and the detailed scope of inspection marine hydrotechnical structures (Journal of Laws No. 206, item 1516).
