The subject of the contract is the implementation of the inspection along with the assessment of the technical condition and the state of safety of hydrotechnical facilities that are in the administration of the Bondful Board in Lwowek Śląski, in accordance with art. 62 para. 1, Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law, i.e. (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418) and art. 189 of the Act of 20 July 2017 Water Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1087, as amended)
