The subject of the contract is the implementation of periodic inspections, at least once a year, referred to in art. 62 para. 1 point 1 of the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 725, as amended) 29 facilities listed in the list of facilities covered by the obligation to carry out annual inspectiontechnical condition in the area of water supervision in Tomaszow Lubelski.
The detailed scope of works related to the implementation of the contract was presented in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 9) and in the list of facilities (Annex 10), constituting attachments to this SWZ.
