- 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of an annual control of hydrotechnical facilities at the Bialystok catchment board. The order has been divided into 2 parts.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 3 to SWZ.
3. Basics of exclusion of the Contractor from the proceedings:
1) Art. 108 para. 1 PZP;
2) art. 5k para. 1 of the Council Regulation (EU) 2022/576 of April 8, 2022 on amendment to Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 regarding limiting means in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (Journal of Laws of EU No. L 111/1 of 8.4.2022),
