- 1. The subject of the order is the performance of periodic maintenance and emergency repairs of motor vehicles for the needs of the 31st Tactical Air Base in PoznaΕ.
Silniki 1, 61-325 PoznaΕ. In case of impossibility to perform the repair due to its complexity, the place of service will be the repair workshop indicated in the offer;

W SCOPE OF ALL TASKS:
repair workshop, indicated by the Contractor to carry out the item, excluding tasks
No. 12 -14 orders cannot be made be located at a distance of more than 70 kilometers from the headquarters of the 31st Tactical Air Base. The ordering party will use this when assessing the distance them website www.dojazd.org (according to the shortest distance criterion).
4. The Ordering Party does not limit the number of tasks for which the Contractor may submit an offer, and offers for individual tasks must be complete.
5. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the order is included in the Description of the subject of the order according to Annex No. 8 to the SWZ) and in the draft contract according to Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which also contains provisions regarding, among others, warranty conditions, complaints and payments.
