Description:
The scope of basic activities when performing maintenance of a dynamic UPS UBTD+ power supply with a diesel engine 1. Checking records in the gym's alarm memory2. UBTD+3 visual inspection. Overall assessment of the UBTD+ condition and conditions inside the container4. Replacing the battery on an industrial computer board5. Exchange filters in the device's ventilation system6. Replacement of consumables (oil, filters, lubricants)7. Replacing drive belts8. Checking the operation of alarm systems.9. Control of basic operating parameters using measuring devices that are part of UBTD+10. Checking the correctness of power connections, logic and signals11. Inspection and possible correction of the correctness of screw connections12. Verification of the controller firmware version and possible upgrade13. Cleaning the inside of the container14. Stopping the unit for a thorough inspection of the mechanical parts, especially the engine diesel15. Additional measurements of electrical parameters allowing for the assessment of the safety and operational reliability of the tested unit16. Checking the operation of the UBTD+ system 17. Writing a protocol review.
