Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a periodic repair at the 4th level of maintenance of 30 electrical locomotives of the EU/EP07 series.
2. The subject of the contract is divided into two separate parts.
3. The contract award procedure is conducted in an open tender mode on the basis ofPonds of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law, hereinafter referred to as the "PZP Act". The order in question is a sectoral order.
4. The detailed requirements for the order are included in SWZ and attachments to SWZ, which is an integral part of it.
Periodic repair at the 4th levelmaintaining 15 electrical locomotives of the EU/EP07
1 series. The subject of part 1 of the contract is the execution of a periodic repair at the 4th level of maintenance of 15 electrical locomotives of the EU/EP07 series.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Purchaser shall specifył in SWZ and in the attachments to SWZ.
