Description:
The subject of the fall is the implementation of periodic inspections and maintenance: ventilation and air conditioning devices in the buildings of the main Institute of Studies Research Institute. 1. The subject of the fall is the implementation of periodic inspections and maintenance works of the ventilation officeair conditioning in the buildings of the Last Institute of Gramming. 2. Periodic reviews ventilation and climate with erection of ventilation units, will be carried out twice during the year, confirmed by a user or employee of the technical department. 3. Periodic reviews of the Centralventilation, will be carried out three times during the year, timely confirmed by the user or employee of the technical department. 4. Filters built up in ventilation devices that are subject to replacement during reviews are provided by the contractor. 5. Repair and replacement of damaged installation componentsVentilation and air -conditioning go beyond the scope of standard review and maintenance BD carried out on the basis of a separate order. The Contractor will present an offer cost estimate to the repair and after obtaining the consent of the Ordering Party will make a repair....
