Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of an annual and five -year control of hydrotechnical facilities in accordance with art. 62 para. 1 point 1 and point 2 of the Construction Law (i.e., Journal of Laws 2025 item 418) at the Basin Board in Giżycko - Water Supervision in Giżycko, Gołdap, Kolno, Pisz, Mikołajki and Węgorzewo.
2.The detailed scope of the order was presented in the description of the subject of the contract - Annex 3 to SWZ.
3. Basics of exclusion of the Contractor from the proceedings:
1) Art. 108 para. 1 PZP; 2) art. 5k para. 1 of the Council Regulation (EU) 2022/576 of April 8, 2022 on amendment to Regulation (EU) No.833/2014 regarding funds limiting in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (Journal of Laws of EU No. L 111/1 of 8.4.2022), i.e. -lit. a) Russian citizens or natural or legal persons, entities or organs based in Russia; -lit. b) legal persons, entities orbodies to which property rights directly or indirectly in more than 50 % belong to the entity referred to in point a) this point; or -lit. c) natural or legal persons, entities or bodies acting on behalf of or under the guidance of the entity referred to in point a) or b) of thisa point, including subcontractors, suppliers or entities, whose abilities rely within the meaning of the public procurement directives, if there are over 10 % of the contract value.
