Description:
1. The subject of the order is the service "Periodic reviews of annual regulatory buildings at the Bondful Board in Toruń"
2. The Employer allows for partial offers. The order consists of the following parts:
1) Part 1: Periodic reviews of annual regulatory buildings on the Vistula River in km from 679+200 to 728+600;
2) Part 2: Periodic reviews of annual regulatory buildings on the Vistula River at 728+600 to 772+400;
3) Part 3: Periodic inspections of annual regulatory buildings on the Vistula River at 772+400 to 830+000.
Detailed description of the subject of the contract and the terms of the contract for the performance of each part of the order is determined by:
No. 1 to SWZ,
No. 8 to SWZ.
3. The Ordering Party does not allow the division of the order within individual parts.
4. The Ordering Party does not provide for the possibility The award of the orders referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law.
5. The Purchaser does not reserve the obligation to perform key parts of the contract by the Contractor in person.
6. Principles regarding subcontracting: The contracting authority allows subcontractors to participate in the performance of the order. In the case of participation of subcontractors in the implementation of the order, the contracting authority, in accordance with art. 462 para. 2 of the PZP Act, requires the contractor to indicate in the offer part of the contract, the performance of which intends to entrust to subcontractors and providing the names of subcontractors by the contractor if they are already known. ...
