A brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order are service inspections and repair of Smiths medical equipment, ZOLL. A detailed description of the subject of the order was set out in Annex 2 to the specification of the terms of the contract. Service inspections will take place with the frequency recommended by the equipment manufacturer. The Contractor is obliged to perform a proper entry into a technical passport for a given device and confirmation of the workpiece in the work tab and / or issuing a service report taking into account detected defects. The contractor provides original spare parts. With the consent of the Employer, the use of the so-called replacements. Spare parts used for repair will be new and full-value and having technical parameters not worse than original parts. The Contractor undertakes to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with all the requirements of the Ordering Party indicated in this SWZ.
